​How Do I Place An Order For Great Railroad Books?​

      When you see a book or books that interest you, click on the picture and it will take you  to the detailed description and the ADD TO CART button.  If you have selected an item marked as special deal, click on the box below the item number and you will have three options - purchasing one, four or eight books. When you have made your selection, the reduced price will appear.

 

     Ar the bottom of each page your shopping cart will show which book or books you are purchasing and the quantity.  If you want more than one copy of a specific title, change the quantity, and prices and totals will adjust automatically.  To delete an item, click the box under the REMOVE heading and that item will be removed from your shopping cart. 

 

     Once you have made your selections, select your country and state. The appropriate fees for shipping and tax (sales tax for Virginia residents only) will be added.  Once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button.  You will then be taken to payment page. Select how you want to pay and complete your order.  Once payment has been received and cleared, we will process your order. 

 

Overseas Orders

     We do accept orders from other countries but shipping is dependent on weight and location.  Call us at 434-385-4076, fax 434-385-4138 or send email to tlcpublishinginc@usa.com to let us know what product(s)

you are ordering  and we will provide you with shipping costs.

 

Payment and Shipping

     We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.  If you would like to place a telephone order call us at 434-385-4076 (weekdays between 9 and 4).  Mail orders should be sent to TLC Publishing Inc. 18292 Forest Road, Forest VA 24551.

 

Returns & Refunds

     If you are not satisfied with any purchase simply return the item to TLC Publishing Inc., and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it.  If there are any questions call our contact number and discuss the problem.
